  To RUSH LIMBAUGH

As an example of the topics to be addressed here, and of the general theme of our Advocate Freedom advocacy, here is a copy of an Email I sent to Rush Limbaugh in reaction to his lengthy comments about the handicapped professional golfer who recently sued to be allowed to ride in a golf cart:

Subj: Priorities

Rush,
In the interest of maintaining perspective:

The REAL ISSUES are:

  • The Proper Role Of The Supreme Court, not golf.

  • States Rights and Responsibilities, not entitlement programs.

  • Corruption, Malfeasance, Incompetence, Unconstitutional Assumption of Authority, and Treasonous Actions by Individuals and Government Agencies; not tim mcveigh.

  • Free Enterprise vs. Monopoly and "free trade;" Sovereignty vs. "One World" (NWO) concepts, (UN, NATO, NAFTA, GATT, IMF, Fed, etc.), and Survival of the CONSTITUTION & BILL OF RIGHTS; --not the petty and distracting non-issues of domestic pseudo-politics.

  • If you avoid addressing the REAL ISSUES you cannot avoid doing a disservice to yourself, your listeners, and your country.

With sincere Best Wishes and Hope,                  Guy H.

That should get the ball rolling, so now let's awaken the troops:

    OPEN LETTER #1

    Open letter to all
    U.S. Elected Officials:

I appreciate very much your dedication and all your efforts over the years in behalf of all American citizens.    Your job must require great tenacity, for it seems that the number of important issues multiplies as time goes on.....

But I am afraid that some extremely important matters are getting lost beneath a deluge of seemingly important "issues of the moment."   My fear is that failure to grant proper priority may soon unexpectedly and disasterously render even your favorite issues totally inconsequential..

For example, "chump change" tax rebates, and the attendant political rhetoric and grandstanding and TV time devoted to the subject, have a disproportionate "attention-grabbing" value, tending to obscure and obfuscate the fact that the public is being "taken to the cleaners" by a roundabout route.

The greater portion of revenue collected is actually extracted from the pockets of the taxpayers via taxes hidden in purchases.   But that part is only simple deception.   The real damage is incurred by the inequitable "tariff" this roundabout method of tax collection imposes upon American-based businesses, which must price-compete with subsidized foreign competition.   NAFTA and GATT then exacerbate that disparity by gutting the function of tariffs, which previously tended to compensate for that disparity.
The end effect is the trade deficit and loss of our manufacturing infrastructure, our jobs and our self-sufficiency.   These effects undermine the strength, power and MORALE of our nation.

The over-collection of taxes, then partial "rebating," is a SCAM which sustains the delusion of taxpayers while it continues the unnecessary disadvantage to domestic businesses.   We are "colonizing" ourselves; --treating ourselves the same way England and France have notoriously treated their colonized victims; --and the devastating effect will be similar.   The end-effect will be the reduction of America and the rest of the developed World to "third world" status.   I see no benefit in that for ANYONE.

I say, "Let's advocate Freedom, Liberty, patriotism, and constitutional American government."

I say, "Let's run our own show."

Let's disavow NAFTA and GATT, then re-evaluate and reset tariffs to bring our businesses, jobs and MONEY back home.

Let's renounce NATO (which has exceeded its self-avowed purpose and function).

Let's disengage from the UN (and proudly accept the mantle of the only "super power"), --and give them no more American tax dollars.

Let's disavow any "World Court" (and reaffirm our sovereignty).

Let's prohibit our Federal government from providing any taxpayers' money to any kind of "World Bank" (to prevent such funds from being used to surreptitiously colonize, gut or rape underdeveloped nations).

Let's advocate minimum standards for human working conditions and compensation, then prohibit importation of anything produced in non-conforming or slavelike conditions (for to do less would be despicable).   Let's thus allow the people in those nations to develop the ability to better themselves through their own efforts, and to thereby discover self-esteem, Pride, and an appreciation of the value of Freedom; --so they might someday find the courage to earn it for themselves.

Let's re-instate the customary oaths of allegiance for those entering U.S military service, then allow adherence to those oaths by prohibiting the wearing of other than official U.S. uniforms and by removing any obligation to follow orders from any alien official.

Let's advocate an American-led World Peace Enforcement Agency charged to investigate and enforce an absolute prohibition of development of, production of, or experimentation with, nuclear, genetic, chemical or biological agents (which includes illegal drugs) that are capable of use as weapons of war.

Let's prohibit any entity registered to do business in the United States of America from producing or supplying other than defensive weaponry for any other country.

Let's prohibit ANY genetic engineering of humans, or other flora or fauna, except under extremely strict absolute containment, and under oversight and control of a democratically elected commission comprised of untainted experts, then require a strict broad regimen of limited experimental application for a minimum of 25 years prior to obtaining our democratic approval of any public application or use.   Let's also prohibit the irradiation of foodstuffs for human or animal consumption under those same requirements.  (To prevent genetically altering ourselves out of existence.)

Let's drill for oil (at least enough to provide market competition for now; --reducing our cost of living and keeping some of our currency in this country).   Let's end the prohibitive restriction of the growing of hemp (since commercial grades are not "smokeable" anyway, and the only "threat" is that it might bring competition to the cotton, paper and timber industries).   But let's also cut timber (creating jobs, reducing timber losses to forest fires and the attendant expenses, while further reducing our costs of paper and construction).   Let's reduce our energy costs by disemboweling the monopolistic power and military secrecy that have sequestered oil, gas, and the other known energy sources (wind and solar energy, hydrogen, "free energy," cold fusion, etc.).

Let's rescind obsolete Law.   Let's re-establish Constitutional authority of Congress over the Judicial branch (Show them that "tort reform" was a very minor matter.)   Let's require Congress and the courts to cease and desist from abridging Freedom of Religion and Speech, --by simply "making no law," --as the Constitution insists.

Let's bolster the 14th Amendment to protect the rights of the individual, as originally intended; removing the "equal" legal standing of non-human entities.   Let's either RATIFY or cease to ILLEGALLY IMPOSE certain other Amendments to the Constitution.   Let's enforce the anti-monopolism Acts.   Let's resume Constitutional compliance with the unique authorization and duty of our government to "coin and mint" money, and discontinue unauthorized delegation of that authority.

Let's advocate re-assertion of States' Rights.

Let's have the ("federal"?) government "butt-out" of Education and Health care, where it has no authorization or responsibility.

Let's advocate Freedom for all citizens of this world.

Let's generously share the resultant benefits of such changes in a gradual, measured manner with all the peoples of this world by adjusting tariffs and quotas to reward adherence to human rights standards.

Such "pro-active" humane policies, and the intelligently administrated incremental dispersion of attendant technology would have the whole world peacefully "beating a path to our door" as we lead all mankind to a higher standard and quality of existence.

To waste time and effort on Capitol (spelled with an "o") Hill on matters of any lesser importance is a disservice to America.
--And to the world.   It serves no rational purpose!

Please begin to lead this nation in the Honorable direction, honoring Constitutional Law, and furthering the best interests of the United States of America, --or else please GET OUT OF THE WAY !!

    * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *

"But that's a tall order," the politicians will say.

"What better things have you to do?"  We might ask.

"Oh, we have some very..(-- vague platitudes and such...),"
    they'll reply.

"Well...." we'll say, "We'll make you an offer; --and here it is:"

"You resolve the above matters this month, then tackle the list
we provide next month, and then at least one more (in case we overlook something), and we promise to allow you to keep receiving your paycheck.   --At least until your term ends...

    --After that, we'll see....."
