Open Letter #4

March 15, 2003

To President George W. Bush

Mr. President,

I was elated when you were elected because I thought we had avoided the likelihood that Al Gore's contingent of liberal socialists
might sell this country down the river to One World Government.
I anticipated that you might bring some semblance of sanity and morality to the fore, and for a while you seemed to be doing that.

However, I now have a few points I'd like you to consider:

Once in office you resurrected many of your father's CFR and
One Worlder cronies and advisors.   In addition to those, you have surrounded yourself with representatives of Zionist interests whose patriotic allegiances are questionable.   Many Zionist sympathizers happen to control our uninformative and biased major information media, and there is also much evidence that Israel's Mossad has been extensively infiltrating and spying upon our country, which causes me
to suspect that you must be either ineptly unaware of the game afoot
--or complicit.   (In case no one has informed you, although Zionists may have much political and economic power, they do not represent
the interest or beliefs of the majority of Jewish people.)

There is general public knowledge of discussion and preplanning which took place several months prior to 911 concerning an October invasion of Afghanistan.   This cast a deep pall of suspicion upon the motivations and integrity of all involved.   Then, after 911, the almost immediate public announcement of Operation Infinite Justice, quickly renamed Operation Noble Eagle (ONE) and then further renamed Operation Enduring Freedom, was a transparently obvious effort to confuse and distract attention from the preplanned aspect.

Meanwhile you have not mounted any effort to rectify the atrocious events which occurred in your home state (Waco), or to do anything to initiate a legitimate reinvestigation of TWA800, or to re-investigate the ridiculously obvious OKC legal malfeasance and its ignored Iraqi and German connections.   Your strange behavior upon being informed of the 911 attack has not been explained.   The inexplicable failure of our alert system which delayed deployment of interceptors on 911 should be addressed.   The denial and quashing of the AA587 crash investigation with nary a peep from Washington, DC is extremely curious.   In the absence of valid identification of the 911 highjackers, the vilification of Osama bin Laden and subsequent invasion of Afghanistan without any linking evidence, even prior to mounting any serious effort to investigate either this incident or the obvious failures of the FBI and CIA in all of the above, can only be characterized as grossly irresponsible.   Your belated attempt to then appoint Henry Kissenger to manage investigation of the events of 911 was a classic case of putting the fox in charge of the henhouse (unbelievable!).   What were you thinking?

In the interim you have allowed the so-called "Patriot Act" to be introduced, then established the "Homeland Security" apparatus, which both appear to be directed more toward erosion of the Constitutional protections of the American citizenry than to protection from external threats.   (You didn't invent all these ideas yourself, did you George?   Who did?)

You have not only failed to take any action to secure our borders, which has allowed illegal immigrants by the thousands to invade our country, but have in fact further opened the borders to Mexican trucking.   Adequate security would require complete searching of each and every vehicle, which would require unloading and reloading each truck.   This was already happening at freight terminals where the freight was being reloaded onto American truck trailers, and the freight could readily have been thoroughly inspected there.   Now that will not occur.   Meanwhile, the drivers themselves may be falsely credentialed infiltrators, and allowing the notoriously reckless Mexican truck drivers to operate their poorly maintained trucks on American highways is extremely dangerous to the general public --as future experience will soon prove.   All this will only cost American truck drivers' jobs, is amenable to illegal immigration, serves no discernible purpose, and economically damages and physically endangers the citizenry.

Airport Security measures further impinge upon an industry already negatively affected by 911, and further infringe upon Constitutional rights of the citizenry.   While some arguments sound reasonable, and although you did finally permit air crews to carry means of self-defense, still the doors have been cracked slightly wider to imposition of such infringements in other venues.   Attempts to conscript the citizenry as snitches and tattletales a la Hitler's Germany were recently rebuffed and retracted, but the attempt leaves a rotten taste in one's mouth and a stench in the air.   Recently enacted Internet security measures impose broad warrantless invasions of privacy although previous law provided adequate means to allow legal surveillance upon minimal justification.   The development of large federal detention facilities, federal execution facilities, underground "shadow government" facilities, offshore military combatant detention facilities and military tribunals (evading domestic and other human rights laws), and the promotion of the gathering and reporting of vital statistics by the educational establishment, which has prompted concern about potential enactment of military conscription (draft) legislation, all portend martial law (read Police State).

If it were not for the remaining strength of our Constitution and the stalwart efforts of the National Rifle Association in battling the incessant attacks upon the Second Amendment that are constantly being mounted by the foes of Freedom and Liberty, we would already be much farther down that terrible road.   Various bills presented by your administration are encroaching and eroding that Amendment.

The continuing chemtrail-producing spraying of aluminum, barium and other proven particulates into the atmosphere over the United States and elsewhere, plus subjection of the populace to experimental ELF and other electromagnetic fields and frequencies, without informing and obtaining permission of the citizenry, is a gross abrogation of human rights and of our Constitution.   Whether conducted by governmental or "private" entities, it is clearly your responsibility to acknowledge, inform, and obtain permission from the citizenry --or else put an immediate stop to such infringements.

Your failure to rescind many of the overreaching Executive Orders issued by Bill Clinton and previous Presidents is worrisome.   Your obvious willingness to sidestep or ignore the spirit of the Constitution by refraining from requesting Congress to declare a state of War raises question.   Failure to initiate aggressive programs for medical treatment for veterans who are suffering effects of the last skirmish in Iraq is shameful.

Now the so-called Patriot Act II which your administration secretly prepared to augment the first Patriot Act, but which has somehow been "leaked," has cast a terrible pall over any prognostication of our future.   Previous actions of your administration, when compounded by this latest affront to the sensibilities of any person intelligent enough to appreciate Freedom and Liberty, leave only a very narrow space before treason comes to mind.   Your frequent recitation of pious remarks is beginning to ring hollow.

Believe me, Mr. President, I despise Saddam Hussein as much as you do --and Robert Mugabe, Muammar Kadafi, Slobodan Milosevik, etc., as well.   But as an American citizen their internal affairs are not my business.   Nor are they any business of yours.   Your first duty is
to the citizenry of the US.   Beyond that you can demonstrate your religious convictions by voicing your abhorrence of the politics and actions of such entities, rally the American public to come to the aid of their victims and work peaceably toward influencing regime changes
--even post our military to help defend borders upon request by their threatened neighbors-- and we'll back you.   There are many beneficial projects we can undertake (and in all cases the UN is irrelevant).

But now you are asking us to make a leap of reason and logic across a wide abyss from the bizarre and unproven 911/bin Laden/Afghanistan scenario to an all-out invasion of Iraq without proof of any connection
--offering us only a suspicion that some connection might exist.   I don't doubt Hussein's nefarious ambitions, but there is no greater pressing need to invade Iraq today than there was to massacre the people in Waco.   Even those theoretically most threatened by Iraq seem to be noticeably less discomfited by his ominous presence than do you.   Surely there are alternative means of effective containment, economic constriction and gradual encroachment and erosion of warmaking capabilities --or even assassination-- which are less expensive and more humane than to sacrifice the lives of innocent Iraqis and American servicemen where no immediate urgency has been shown to exist.

Is this all about "terrorism," or is it about oil, or is it really about hegemony?   If it is actually about whether the American Dollar or the Euro is to be the dominant standard in world trade, why would you not trust the American public enough to inform us of all the ramifications, then allow us to make our own rational moral determination?   --Or might that pose too great a risk that the American public might begin to understand how the Federal Reserve, plus corporate and Wall Street corruption, further compounded by NAFTA and GATT and the IMF, have already decimated our manufacturing base and our economy and are driving us to bankruptcy?

Recently you have gone to great lengths to legitimize the UN as having some authority over the sovereign rights of the United States of America, rushing around seemingly intent upon either bullying or buying other nations' conformity to that concept, --yet all the while asserting that the US may unilaterally exercise this ill-considered, unjustified and unConstitutional initiation of unprovoked military attack.   This strange bifurcation of your message is hypocritical, self-nullifying and confusing to all parties.   The attempt to sustain the UN by building a consensus via underhanded methods, whether by threats or by using our tax dollars for bribery, is unconscionable, unpatriotic, and contrary to your oath of office.   The only message being transmitted is that other nations must either sheepishly kowtow to the US as dictator to the World or you will show them they must.   --Could that be it?

Could it possibly be that all of this economic and political chaos has been orchestrated to rally the misinformed American citizenry to favor conquest of Iraq so the US can impose geographic military, economic and political hegemony, ensconce the American Dollar as the dominant world currency, "save" our failing economy, and commandeer the UN as a minor "house of parliament" in the new One World Government?   In your wildest dreams have such grandiose thoughts ever occurred?

I have never been ashamed of my country, but now I am having serious qualms.   I don't like this feeling.

I've held my tongue until now in hope that there was actually an undisclosed "smoking gun" --indisputable evidence of possession of viable "weapons of mass destruction."   I have been hoping we have only been observing a masterful display of brinkmanship, but now I increasingly suspect that to have carried the bluff this far without any substantiation may have been to overplay the hand.   My overriding fear has been that you are hell-bent on invasion of Iraq and have only been deliberately trying to goad Hussein or some other entity into another act which might "justify" a military invasion.   --Or worse yet, that another such event might be deliberately staged.

I can only hope there is a preconceived alternative plan that can defuse the situation.   --A magnanimous last minute "standing down" entailing reversion to an alternative approach which might allow France and Germany and Russia to "save face", such as investing instead in a much expanded food and medical supply "drop," and by openly and honestly participating in a cordoning-off and complete blockade of any other commerce with Iraq until Hussein permits totally unlimited access by an unfettered weapons discovery and destruction team.   I'm certain the people of this world would now willingly back such a program.

Meanwhile, by diverting the money we would have wasted on military invasion of Iraq to "bailing-out" several oil producing South American countries from the usurious clutches of the IMF, while further investing in development of their production capacity, we could become a stronger political and moral force in the world arena.   Eventual capitulation by Iraq would later reduce the financial burden on the world economy, but until then the economic feasibility of development of energy conserving technology and alternative energy sources would be accelerated.   This may be a great opportunity to generate such a revolution.

We ARE the world's Superpower.   But only by upholding the highest standards of Morals and Ethics will we be enabled to sustain or deserve that status.   We do not need the sanction of the UN for anything, but we do need the respect, good will and friendship of all people if we are to fulfill a positive role in history.   It is becoming too obvious to ignore that WE MUST REVERSE DIRECTIONS AND BEGIN NOW to instead wage an earnest battle upon the hypocrisy and moral degradation that is attacking us from within if we are to provide the example that can lead the world to a positive, civilized future of Freedom and Liberty and prosperity.

Will the sworn President of the United States of America please stand up and lead that campaign?

George Bush, if you cannot stand up, please step down.
