Survival of our nation will require restoration and modernization of the principles that enabled her great success.

Simultaneously, we must apply our contemporary knowledge and technology to implement new concepts to replace many antiquated practices and institutions.

--Concepts designed to automatically keep pace in the future, if possible.

--Concepts that can be expanded to embrace all of humanity.

My heartfelt and growing concern for the future of our nation and of the whole human race has driven me to strive to discover where we got "off track," then contemplate how we might get back on course.  In the process of putting my ideas on paper, I almost inadvertently wrote this book.

Constructive concepts are its sole theme and purpose.

The Premise:

To be Citizens of America in a Representative Democracy, we must "grow up."  We must adhere to the "Basic Philosophy" that is our strength, accept our RESPONSIBILITY to vote, then exercise our authority to direct our governmental and economic affairs.  --To the benefit of HUMAN rather than NON-human entities.

The Goal:

To offer a hypothetical outline that combines clarification of basic principles of representative Democracy and Economics --to show how we can disenfranchise BIG BROTHER GOVERNMENT and BIG BUSINESS; --resulting in true Representation, shorter work weeks, full employment, true value of currency, even-handed Justice, less crime, environmental responsibility, better nutrition, a higher quality of Life, and a "NEW WORLD ORDER" of OUR OWN DESIGN that enhances the potential for World Peace.

An ambitious goal, I'll admit.  --But I've done my best to plow the field and plant some viable seeds.

Future AMERICA ?

The serious need for modernization of our voting systems led me to develop this hypothetical model to explore the potential for beneficial application of a more "rational" system.

NEO-DEMOCRACY embodies all the principles and beliefs upon which our nation was founded.  It extends, refines and combines them as our "Basic Philosophy."

NEO-CAPITALISM  (a new Economic Concept) allocates earnings in proportion to value added by human time and effort, pays the earnings to the earner, and returns to the earner those values which may be inadvertently extracted beyond the reasonable "profit" from business investment and operation.

It provides for equal opportunity to make use of capital without it coming into the ownership of those who have not earned the value.  --And it returns to Society the value accumulated by each generation so it may be passed equitably to succeeding generations.  It maintains incentive and equal opportunity by adherence to the principles of our "Basic Philosophy."

In the process of combining these ideas a new "Value Concept" and positive economic, ergonomic and environmental effects emerge.

Neo-Democracy/Neo-Capitalism is a politico-socio-economic paradigm that, if emulated elsewhere, could coalesce as a Whole-world system free of the imperialism inherent in The System's "New World Order."
