Guy Hendrickson www.advocatefreedom.com © Dec. 2002 G.F.H. 1. Red Dots 1967 or '68 Cambridge Springs, Pa. (Northwest corner of PA., approx 20 mi. So. of Erie.) Early summer (June?), approx. midnight to 0100. Pleasant temperature, and an unusual very clear moonless night sky. I was lying on my back on a grassy slope in my backyard, facing North, admiring the starry sky. When I had been lying there about 15 minutes I became aware of more than a dozen pinpoints of light, not as bright as stars, but very red, in a position 5 to 10 degrees northward from directly overhead. They seemed to be at a very high altitude (70,000' ?). They arranged themselves in a variety of formations, changing every few seconds. Meanwhile, groups of three to six at a time would leave the main formation, either flying out in close formation and performing a variety of maneuvers together, or several groups moving away from the main formation at equal angles from other groups, all performing synchronized identical maneuvers, then all returning to the main formation. Most maneuvers included 90 degree-or-less sharp cornered turns, zig-zags, and very tight "180s." The activity was so quick and constant that I was never able to get an accurate count of the whole assembly. The lights were dim enough, and occupied such a small area of my vision field, that my first thought was that these maneuvers might be an effect produced by twitching or erratic movement of my eyeballs. But that explanation couldn't support several lights moving simultaneously in opposite or angular directions while the main group and starfield background remained fixed. After I had watched this performance for about 20 minutes my eyes began to water and blur, making it impossible to see them. I went indoors and splashed water in my face then returned to the yard, but even after my eyes had re-adjusted to the ambient light I couldn't find them again. 2. Weather Balloon ? 1976 Albuquerque, NM. Either Spring or Fall, not sure. Between noon and 4 PM. Sky was generally overcast by high clouds. I was sitting in my car in the parking area of a small shopping center, waiting while my fiance' had several meat orders filled at a small butcher shop. My car was facing eastward toward the Sandia mountains, which run N-S and whose western flanks begin approximately 4 miles directly East from that location. I saw what I presumed to be some kind of "weather balloon." It was situated slightly to the left (N) of straight ahead, and approximately 1/3 of the way from ground level to the tops of the mountains in the background. It seemed to be approximately half the distance to the mountains, and my thumbnail held at arms length would have covered it. It was the classic whitish silvery grey weather balloon color, with no discernable features. After I first saw it floating there, I glanced at it again several times during the next 10 or 15 minutes. Then I suddenly noticed it had begun to elongate from its original form, extending (turning?) itself to the right (Southward) until it was about 4 to 5 times as long as its height, but still showing no features beyond the shading that indicated a "sausage" shape. When it slowly began moving Southward I still thought it was some kind of weather balloon, and casually watched as it seemed to float in an arc --as though I was near the center point of the arc-- until it was SSE of my position. (I leaned forward to continue to see it as my windshield post began to interfere.) However, it must have been getting larger and farther away from me at the same time, for it still appeared to be the same size and altitude when it suddenly reversed direction and at an instantaneous high speed flew Eastward through "the canyon" area (where I-40 passes between the Sandia and Manzano mountains). --But where it disappeared between the mountains it would have been at least twice as far from my location as it had been initially. --And the speed it exhibited had to have been over 500 mph! --Too fast for a "weather balloon" or dirigible by several multiples! I was stunned, and just sat there trying to re-evaluate what I had seen. I was still staring at the point where it had gone between the mountains when suddenly, in the "V" formed by the peaks of those mountains, obviously at a higher altitude and farther away than I had last seen it, but (apparently) even larger, it zipped Southward between (beyond) the peaks at about twice the previous apparent speed. --I can't venture a guess about what it was! 3. Moon Light 2001, mid-March (not sure of date) about 3 PM. Manzano mtns., approx. 15 mi. SE of Albuquerque, NM., @ 7200' elevation. Sunny afternoon, a few large "cottonball" clouds approx. 3,000' overhead, covering approx. 1/3 of sky, hardly moving. Having seen a raven and a redtailed hawk soaring together the day before, I was scanning the sky to see if they might be there again. The Sun was behind a cloud southwest of my position. As I happened to be looking at a space directly overhead between two large clouds, a moving object or light just slightly larger than the diameter of an overhead daytime full moon and of the same coloration but slightly brighter, "flickered" into existence, traversed about 10 degrees of arc from SSE toward NNW, then "flickered out." This "flicker" effect was similar to a movie film running too slowly, and totalled only about 20% of the whole observation. There were no markings or topographic features; --only light. I couldn't discern whether the object was flat or spherical. Estimated total duration of the sighting was 3 or 4 seconds. We are beneath the flight path of aircraft approaching Albuquerque International Sunport from the East, and see many aircraft daily. The object was moving about twice as fast as a fast-flying jet fighter would appear to move at cloud altitude (about 3,000'+ above my head). It appeared to be higher than the clouds and seemed to be in our atmosphere, but I couldn't judge altitude any better than that. 4. Invisible Airplane May 31, 2001 11 AM Restaurant parking lot, (EAST)Central Ave., Albuquerque, NM The sky was very clear, absolutely no clouds or contrails anywhere. I was standing beside my motorhome, facing directly North, waiting for my wife to exit. As happens several times daily in the area, I heard a jet airplane approaching, obviously "throttle-on," as it was taking off from the airport. I heard it coming from behind and pass almost directly overhead, so, as I usually do, when it was above me I looked up. --But there was no airplane in sight! It should have been going about 200+ mph, about 800' - 1,000' above, --close enough to see wheel well door cracks and other detail. I heard it continue Northward for another 15 - 20 seconds, eventually fading out, during which time I was searching the whole sky, --- BUT I NEVER SAW AN AIRPLANE ! Even if it had been a fighter climbing straight upward, I believe I'd have seen it. --It was simply invisible. 5. Wingless something 2001, July or August, afternoon Manzano mtns., approx. 15 mi. SE of Albuquerque, NM., @ 7200' elevation. Sunny afternoon, a few high altitude clouds. About 15 minutes prior to the following event, one very thick unvarying chemtrail had been sprayed East-West between my horizons. My impression was that it probably extended many miles beyond my line of sight in both directions. I had noticed it, and intended to continue to observe it and watch for additional trails while I raked gravel in our driveway. (The frequency and level of chemtrail activity here is such that observing and/or even photographing any highly unusual patterns has become a casual preoccupation.) But this lone trail didn't offer much photographic interest, so my camera was indoors. Then I began to hear a slightly unusual-sounding roar of an approaching aircraft, and looked up to see a typical passenger jet (757?) coming eastward parallel to (south of) the chemtrail. It wasn't even leaving a contrail, and the sound didn't seem to "fit." But then the sound seemed to be coming from behind me, approaching from the East, so I turned and saw what appeared to be a 747 or larger aircraft with a fighter jet flying closely off its left rear side, which would be coming over about 2000' above me. (They were also paralleling the chemtrail, but on the north side, and were showing no contrails either.) This was an unusual event, so I initially began to attribute the unusual sound and volume to the unaccustomed combination. But the sound kept getting louder and louder, and soon became what I can only describe as a low-pitched but vicious roar. I kept watching as they approached and slowly passed overhead and flew onward beyond my westward horizon (probably about 35 miles). But the unusual noise level soon became secondary to the fact that although I initially observed them with the sun at my back, then almost directly overhead, then with the sun in my eyes, then as they flew on all the way to the western horizon, and had no trouble discerning the complete configuration of the fighter jet, I could never detect any silhouette, reflection, or any other sign of any WINGS on the larger craft. It had none. Early during the overpass I observed a small eastbound two engine commercial jet do an unusual turn to at least 90 degrees northward, apparently to clear airspace ahead of this approaching pair. Then after they had passed, a large military helicopter flew southward across and below their line of flight. I can only surmise that this was some kind of experimental "lifting body" craft. Because of the direct course over my head I couldn't tell whether the craft was in an appreciable "nose up" attitude, but the sound level left the impression that it had an engine powerful enough to go much faster, and may have been deliberately flying near stalling speed (for practice?). Because of the unusually heavy and straight-line chemtrail, and this unusual craft flying in close proximity parallel to it, I am also led to speculate about whether this might have been an exercise related to navigational and/or remote control operation. But what the heck was that thing? (Please respond here: subject line "Wingless.") © Dec. 2002 G.F.H. more coming...if and when they occur...
